#1 I find this fact to be suspicious as hell in and of itself.
Why film, unless you've been ordered to, and why film with infrared film?
It seems Proof the explosion was deliberate and planned beforehand to place an observer with a special Camera exactly where and when the disaster was to occur.
Fishy as a school of Mackerel.

Infrared film used? Says "video" and a cellphone camera + starlight scope would seem to be enough for this task.

More technical information needed... YMMV but I find it continually a shock the things that common gadgets can do now so easily. ;)

#3 Seeing how Baeknyeong Island is right on the line with the North, it wouldn't surprise me that they have tons of all kinds surveilence equipment up there. Tell ya the truth, I expected higher quality video.

#4 It's pretty much a border post without a land border, there have been clashes there before, it's not suprising the S. Koreans had surveillance equipment handy.
