* SAME > SEOUL REJECTS REDEPLOYMENT OF US NUCLEAR WEAPONS, in face of Cheonan incident + dev DPRK nuclear threats. READ, NUKE SUMMIT 2012.

* TOPIX > NORTH KOREA: WE WILL PRODUCE AS MANY NUCLEAR WEAPONS AS NEEDED, to defend agz the US-Allied threat.

Wherefore goes NORTH KOREA's NUKES, so goes IRAN'S NUCPROGS and vicey verseys.

#3 In the Iran-Iraq war, the Iranians sent waves of children against Iraq's machine guns to waste their ammo and overheat them before guys with guns attacked. Human torpedoes would be nothing.

#4 'Warnings' against torpedoes achieve nothing. What are you going to do, not patrol where torpedoes might be used?

Instead, hopefully what will happen is that Skor agents will infiltrate up North and blow up a few vital dams, which will leave them with little electricity for a year.

#5 At least a 65 year old concept from the Japanese WWII...longer if one considers some of the covert ops of the 1st gen subs trying to place a mine on wooden ships, even further depending on how loose one wants to get with the definition of suicide mission.
