#3 Oil sheen is being mopped up, major oil spill still to be determined. With luck the robot will be effective in preventing one.

#4 It is honestly an amazing recovery effort. A little over 215 gallons per minute, less than one good fire truck and is a nod to planning and damage control. To the families of the missing 11, my prayers.

#5 I don't think there's going to be any major oil leakage, some years ago I watched a film (Forget whether national geographic or another) That ocean Oil wells have a "Blowout Valve" on the ocean floor that shuts the wellhead in such cases.
The MSN are ignoring that fact in their effort to make the accident into a full blown disaster.

(After all that's their job, to instill panic to increase readership/Viewership.)
