#1 They should be jailed for contempt of court. Their total disregard for our vourts is plain here, its not their call. The parent news corp should be dragged into court and fined as well..

#5 I knew I remembered Carol's name from somewhere - she's a peach:

U.S. Navy Commander Jeffrey D. Gordon filed a second formal sexual harassment complaint against Carol Rosenberg a Miami Herald journalist for using insulting and humiliating comments of very explicit sexual nature against Guantanamo and Andrew Air Force Base officials.
In the complaint U.S Navy Commander wrote that he appreciates the effort done in the past against the complaint filed by him in last July “2008” to correct Carol Rosenberg, but he is let down by the results as they were just temporary. He said that after consulting with Defense Department and Justice Department attorneys, his advice to Miami Herald is to perform a thorough investigation of the incidents that which took place in Guantanamo and Andrew Air Force Base with several different officials including him and numerous reporters from different TV channels and newspapers.

In the complaint U.s Navy Commander explains that he realize that Miami Herald reporters should have to be aggressive in reporting but aggressive reporting does not justifies and legitimize sexual harassment and use of vulgar language.

He said he has personally observed several argumentative quarrels and outbreak between Carol Rosenberg of Miami Herald and journalists from Al Jazeera, New York Times, CNN, CBC, Washington Post and many more. These arguments resulting in Carol Rosenberg’s bullying other reporters and journalists and keeping her supremacy as the premier Guantanamo correspondent. He also said that he will be happy to provide the names, dates and circumstance to the investigators regarding these incidents.
