#2 Yeah, it's a..."mystery".

Strickland said yesterday that the inmates had access to unsecured alcohol at the Residence. He said it isn't all kept locked away because the inmates are soon expected to be out of prison and will have access to alcohol.

And the obligatory..."officials baffled".
