Also, as per WMF, CHINESE CHAMBER OF COMMERCE in SOUTH KYRGYZSTAN repors that approxi 7000 Chin Citizens/Nationals = mostly Migrant workers, Students are seemingly safe but trapped in KARASU + OTHER AREAS.

* INDIA = 114 of 116 NATIONALS are STUDENTS???
