#1 Can't trust Dear Leader with a ~~"reserve fund"~~. It will be spent on Obama's bereaucratic cronies. A decent President would get people cleaning up this mess and present the bill.

#3 I first laughed when Obama took this on as 'his' disaster. But who is the only 'one' who could have (temporarily) lifted all the bureaucratic obstacles to a swift cleanup?

But that would've wasted a good crisis.
