#3 My assessment was wrong. I predicted Obama would jump on the opportunity to play world policeman, peacemaker, and liberator of his fellow mooslims, but he hit the links instead. I believe it's far too late now. The rebels are finished.

#4 See, Besoeker? You gave him far too much credit. He is awesome because he IS, not because of anything he DOES.

This is a messy situation and making a decision might upset someone. So, why be decisive? Being indecisive only upsets warmongering rubes like us, and that doesn't count.

Yes, the rebels are finished, the world will keep on turning, and Obozo will focus on his golf game and his $1 billion re-election campaign.

Obama's performance on this and the disaster in Japan is a national disgrace.

Every time I think of this opportunity lost to do the right thing and to earn some positive traction in the middle east, I get ill.

I think the one way to get Barack to show leadership is to photoshop a picture of Rush Limbaugh and Momar Gaddafi shaking hands. That is sure to provoke violent action!
