#3 IIRC, the procedure in Afghanistan is to say that there was an ISAF strike that accidentally killed someone followed by a second announcement that the aircraft were, indeed, American, which then causes the Europress to snicker about our awful aim and murderous intent, blah blah. So: whose insignia were on these aircraft?
