#4 I'll let the courts decide. There's enough to not like about this woman already.

I once had a junior officer who deservedly received an adverse fitrep from me for gaffing off an annual physical fitness requirement try to lie through his teeth about the whole thing on his official rebuttal and to me & my senior leadership in person. It did not go well for him. This guy could have similar sour grapes or he could be spot on, again, I'll wait to see the results of the suit. If it turns out accurate Napolitano is hopefully toast.

#6 Broadhead. Nope. She's not toast. There is nothing an Obama appointee can do that will get him or her in trouble. Hell, they're getting away with F&F,which is close to an act of war. All it costs them is copying fees for the stuff they reluctantly send to Issa.
This will be less of the same.
