#1 The pre-dawn seizure of Zeidan came five days after U.S. commandos embarrassed and angered Libya's government by capturing senior al-Qaeda suspect Abu Anas al-Libi off the streets of Tripoli

Left out is that the prime minister and the Libyan gov't gave approval for the capture. Unfortunately the clown circus in D.C. decided to mention that for political gain. That's why Ali Zeidan was seized and the Libyan gov't is pissed.
