#1 Wait just a freakin' minute here.
Armed police--extremely rare for the Brits--shot out the tires of a car containing two guys who were released without charge.
WTF?
Is this just the way the Brits operate when they have some Bad Guys? Or did they get their intel so wrong the shooters felt justified in blasting away to stop the escape?
In this country, they'd shoot the driver and passenger and then visit the guy's home and shoot the dog. But this is the UK.
What does sovereign immunity mean when you have an actual Sovereign?
