Pardon my pedantic nerdiness, but shouldn't this read "There are three countries, all Islamic, where polio still exits"? Feel free to append "having been eradicated in the civilized world" as you see fit.

#3 The problem is that just about any imam can issue a fatwa. So if someone else issues a competing fatwa saying that the vaccine is Haram, what is a poor, illiterate Muslim to do?
