#1 Fars has quoted the province's deputy governor-general, Rajabali Sheikhzadeh, as saying those behind the attack later fled to Pakistain.

I don't normally agree with Paul D., our British commenter, but you'd think that with all the problems Pakistan causes for India, Iran and Afghanistan, those three might coordinate and deal with the issue.
