#1 I'm now sure that when this and other suits against the ACA reach the Supreme Court, Roberts et al. will twist themselves into knots again to avoid declaring the law unconstitutional.

In other words, the First Amendment, especially the religious freedom clause, is dead.

#4 Good point, g(rom). Even if the Supremes declare the law unconstitutional, Obama will probably just take the Andrew Jackson approach: "Justice Roberts has made his decision. Now let him enforce it."
