That is so 19th Century realpolitik. It works, but not 'modern' or 'urban' enough for the credentialed WH crowd who spend their time with the "1 percenters" on the golf course.

#3 The "American solution" is to call in the lawyers and to ask their opinion on whether or not it's legal to bomb, shoot or otherwise hurt your enemy. The resolution to such a question is to sue and get redress in the courts (sarc).

#4 The Democrats insist on treating the War on Terrorism as a law enforcement matter instead of an armed conflict.

When EVERYONE realizes you cannot use jurisprudence to gain an end, witness gun laws and gun violence, and we decide to treat terrorism as war, we will win.

Until that time, we will be at risk of a really big one somewhere in the US.
