#3 I'm a little confused by the fact that the soccer match was between Iraq and Jordan. What is Iraq doing?

If my country is involved in a civil war or invasion (what IS going on there?) and has lost control of at least 25% of the country I wouldn't expect sports teams to be playing as though nothing of consequence was going on. Aren't soccer players of age to fight?
