#3 PA president Mahmoud Abbas has a son living in Canada -- either Toronto or Montreal, according to my Canadian-American source. Either he or his papa has $100 million, presimably Canadian, which would be about US$75 mil.

It's expensive to maintain princelings in proper style so far away.
