#3 Agreed. Purchasing firearms with the intent to transfer them to somebody else is against the law, right Marky Kelly? Especially so if sending it out of country, right Derelict Holder? Hell, there are accessories which cannot go across the border. I'm not even sure a person can send honey overseas without declaring it for inspection.
