#1 The EPA, rather than being chastised, has said they'll continue ahead in the other ~~(57-13=)~~ 44 states. This is a ridiculous overreach that Congress should beat like it owes them money

#3 We need a new regulatory agency, one that erases regulations and other regulators. That way, when the EPA shows up, they find out not only does that rule not exist anymore, neither does their job.

And pay the erasers extra for every regulation they completely remove and every job they get rid of. Plus bonuses and incentives....might trim the government down in a year or less.

Special bonus: Eliminating the IRS nets you 1 million/yr for life.
