#1 Unfortunately, these 'Top Men' think that they can eradicate terrorism by reducing the money flow in just this geographic area.

The 'Terrorist Mindset' is formed by beliefs, not by cash. The salary potential of killing your neighbors and infidels is just a benefit. The lack of a steady income means that these folks will just go elsewhere, maybe where they'll get paid to not have a real job, and carry out their perceived religious duties.

Capitalism at its finest (in a warped way).
