#1 Despite the planned troop reductions and Taliban gains, Gen. Votel says the military will be able to continue its counterterrorism and training of Afghan forces unabated.

The training might have to be relocated to Gowan Field , Idaho.... but it will continue 'unabated.'

#7 Nah. for the same reason the intel boys won't shut down ISIS on the net. They want to monitor 'enemy' communications. It's one of the strange twists of fate when the ~~Reds~~ Progressives treat you as the real enemy.
