Emails are simply MARKED as deleted on the server.

They should be in the mail-server admin's backup logs multiple times.

#3 TW, that's the difference between want to and can do.

Any half-assed IT dept. in the world should have backups on this type of stuff stored off site.

These criminals are actively trying to hide their paper trails to cover up........starting at the top.
