#4 I am constantly reminded that the Cuban Intelligence Service underlays all of Maduro's covert and LE ops. They are not that stupid and have dealt with scarcity management for decades. Something tells me this will not end quickly, even though it should. Too many socialist governments in the SOuthern Hemisphere now to let Venezuela fall back into capitalist hands after a coup/rebellion.
