Muh good fren and colleague from Rio Linda is mistaken in his assertions. It is well known his Momma (a grand and notable woman I admire greatly) would not let him out of the house without his special instructions.

I do ask the first minister what instructions is he referring to?

The right honorable member from Metcalf must know that our esteemed colleague from Rio Linda requires requires instruction on the best way to pour piss from a boot. His gracious mother prints them on his boot heels, sadly this does not always suffice.
