#1 Reminds me of old dreams involving domestic ops by French elite forces including the Foreign Legion.

Not much of a UK Royal Navy anymore = BREXIT to back up the Frenchies + keep the Hard Boyz from crossing the Channel. May explain dream sequences/scenes where French troops were digging trenches on their own soil.
