#1 'To so blatantly advocate for preferential treatment for one class of citizens offends the very foundation upon which our democracy rests.'

If this is true, what are we to make of the recommendation of the FBI head with regard to prosecution of Ms. Clinton?

He made clear that the probable cause criterion was definitely met- he stated that she had committed several felonies. Yet he recommended not even having a prosecutor consider the convening of a grand jury.

His sin must therefore be an order of magnitude greater than that advocating that police officers should not be prosecuted when no evidence is to be presented that a crime was committed. (according to the presiding judge)

#3 How about filing charges before the investigation was completed (or even started) in an obviously attempt to garner public approval and earn 'street cred'? I suppose that wasn't unethical at all...

Making that press conference where she stated that they were guilty (before even the investigation was completed) and 'justice would be done'.

There wasn't probably cause - she pulled her 'evidence' out of her ass.

#4 Mosby had these cops hung out to dry and all but lynched from the get go all to further her career. The city is 65% black, the cops are largely black, the prosecutor is black, the mayor is black, and their Congressman is black. They seem to be O.K. with replacing Constitution rights with a kangaroo justice system.

#5 "That's the thing about racial show trials," said Ronald S. Sullivan, criminal law professor at the Harvard Law School. "You lose some, and then you lose some more, until you lost them all."

It's OK. They're "oppressed".
