#2 Comey had promised him only honesty. He also told me that Trump was perceptibly uncomfortable with this answer.

Perhaps Trump suspected (knew) he was lying about his honesty?

#3 Odd that Mr. Comey would not think honesty to the boss is a loyal behaviour. Perhaps that realization was what made President Trump uncomfortable... assuming it happened the way it was told.
