#1 Had we had an immigration policy over the years that made sense and was enforced, there would be no sanctuary cities. There are also too many people on the left who embrace Soros' "Open Society, Open Borders" policies. Look to Europe for what happens when open borders is actually implemented.

#5 Good way to look at this is most federal funds are used for overtime wages by local departments. If the union does not squawk, that says something unusually strong
