#2 The grant proposal blames Kenya's "patriarchal" society of "tough, heterosexual" men for problems facing the developing country.

Something to do with the inconvenient facts of genetics and survival of the species. It's a temporary study and initiative which, upon re-discovering the inconvenient facts, will end quickly.
