"high -precision" is a relative term, however. AND, it must be remarked, the Houthis DID get the technology from the totally A+ tech from the Iranians, for what that may be worth. Oh, and the Rhesus pieces in steering has been taught to pray toward Mecca with his butt in the air in the traditional manner. Success is in the details.
