#2 Violence by the left is to be acceptable part of politics. Fighting back is not to be tolerated by the cartel.

#3 I want to know the name of any judge that doesn't immediately throw this out simply based upon the Constitutional separation of powers. It would be no less than the Executive sticking its fingers into any federal judge's action to have the bailiff remove someone from his court.

#4 I want to know the name of any judge that doesn't immediately throw this out

Pick a judge. Pick any Obama appointed judge.

#5 Maybe that judge in Hawaii who blocked Trump's order on vetting immigrants from some countries can help.

#6 The lawsuit is a response to the White House's suspension of Acosta's press pass, known as a Secret Service "hard pass," last week. The suit alleges that Acosta and CNN's First and Fifth Amendment rights are being violated by the ban.

The suit was filed in U.S. District Court in Washington, D.C. on Tuesday morning. It was docketed and assigned to Judge Timothy J. Kelly, a Trump appointee. The judge has given the defendants an 11 a.m. Wednesday deadline to file responses to the suit. He has scheduled a hearing for Wednesday at 3:30 p.m.

#7 FoxNews just announced an Amicus Brief of FoxNews supporting the CNN lawsuit against the White House. FoxNews has been swinging left recently. Breitbart and Drudge are the only ones left that are not a part of the MSM ship of fools.

#9 CNN's access isn't being denied. Just Acosta's. 58 other reporters from CNN still have access.

Personally, I would just throw all the bums out and just hand out printed press statements. Fuck them all.

#10 Trump should go dark. No press conference and no Tweets until the new year. Let them guess what he's thinking.
