#3 3dc: The NASA people needed to verify and accept the SLS instead ~~tests~~ are shutdown ... so without the SLS being the only candidate ~~"Teachers Grading"~~ there is no purpose for the tests. We know bureaucrats ~~teachers~~ will not work for free ...
FIFY. I am sure there are able hard working government employees (my Dad retired GS-13 after a career working for the USAF), but The Fix™ is powerful for the SLS instead of any Commercial Space alternative.
