#3 I am with Iraq. One of the only countries (Gawd, I never thought I'd say this in my lifetime !) with some sense.

Death penalties should be swiftly carried out, en masse if necessary. The lollygagging around due process in 'civil' countries will one day make countries like Iraq 'sentencing destinations' and adjudication for heinous crimes will become a major export. Think of it. An A+ idea for a movie script.☺
