#2 The Fundamental Logic of the UN is ... idiotic. If the Palestinian Minority can do whatever it wants then why should the Israel obey the rulings of the (mythic) International Community™ as represented by the United (*cough*) Nations?

#3 Israel should announce that any court outside of Israel attempting to hold them for war crimes will be considered an act of war and everyone, EVERYONE involved will be tracked down and given the MOSSAD treatment.
