#1 Only non-thermal plasma can be used near enough to a human ear for producing vibrations like that safely. Non-thermal plasma at atmospheric pressures. Can't it be absorbed by skin, cause chemical reactions ? No point in communicating a warning to a flash person.

If a laser is 'producing' plasma... no. I just can't see it.

The plasma ball craziness is for riot control, torturing people from a distance. Troublemakers, antifa types, the kind whose safety neither I nor plasma give a shit about. In fact, plasma's our new friend it seems.
