#2 Missed the train with their own racism. Seems the telenovias appealed to a certain demography of Anglo females but the network refused to put bi-lingual close captioning in them (even though they expect Spanish close captioning on the Gringo broadcast networks).

#3 Without looing at the financials (which appear to not support the $10 billion price tag), it seems to me that this price tag and the need to sell it soon ('strict timetable') are mutually exclusive things, which means the asking price is gonna drop like a rock.
