#2 So as I understand it, and I could be wrong, this vote is to formalize the secret hearing, not formally start the impeachment. What they seem to be voting on is to codify the secret proceedings, make them an approved process. The truth is not in this vote. What they are voting on is much more sinister that an impeachment, it give them the capability to act in secret, I.E. no transparency.
