#8 Interesting the head of the CDC is scaremongering with talk of school closures and major disruptions while Trump and others are saying it has mostly been stopped. Where does the truth lie? Kind of leaning towards Trump as scientists have shown to be political animals lately.

#9 ^The head of CDC is not a scientist, he's a bureaucrat, and - like all bureaucrats - covers his ass first and foremost. Trump, being chief executive, has the weight the risks of epidemic vs. the risks of panic.
