#1 A bushel of dried Kudzu could defeat Brian Kemp in the next Georgia gubernatorial election. Bringing in an Illinois millionaire to fill a senate seat is one thing, election fraud is yet another. You can stick a fork in Kemp, he's done in Georgia.

#2 The problem is with violations of federal law so the Georgia legislature has now been pulled into federal rules since it now has to deal with federal issues, not state issues. The Georgia governor has nothing to say about this.
