#3 Why stop there? Why not decriminalize arson? That's also a sopposedly non-existent property related offense. Come to think of it, rape and murder should be decriminalized too. Disparate impact = racism

#6 Just out of curiosity, does the "immediate basic need" of the victim get taken into account? E.g.: Guy urgently needs a car to get to his meth dealer. He carjacks a woman trying to get her kids to school so they can learn critical race theory. Woman pulls out a dainty, ladylike .38 cal and aerates the guy's heart and lung systems. Righteous shooting?

#9 Well lets see. Guy is a drug addict going to see his meth dealer (shows progressive traits, selfishness, and disregard for the feeling of others - both very 'positive' progressive traits) verses a woman taking her kids to school (shows responsibility and caring for her children - very nasty 'conservative' traits - likely a white 'breeder' out to exploit someone). Not to mention the use of a military-style assault .38 cal gun used to defend herself and her evil spawn (Alert! Alert! Alert!). She was probably on her way to shoot up her kids school with that Arsenal of Massive Death Dealing.
