#1 Just on the off chance...., have a look at his bank account(s). See by whom and when he was last paid for his contracting services, and for what services.

Oh, one more thing. Please run a JPAS 'look up' and check the status of his security clearance. Lastly, the following looks an awfully lot like an intelligence reporting contact.
