#7 Teachers unions are the most powerful entity in this country. It's like Mexico, where the teachers are the most powerful, the most left-wing and the most corrupt of all the public employee groups.

Complete domination of the Democrat Party. No organized opposition at all ... private schools are tiny in number. Catholic schools try to avoid scrutiny. Homeschoolers have no organization whatsoever.
