Supposedly, Iran has transported armed Shia mercenaries from Syria to near Afghanistan but this might be false.

#2 Lord Garth, your report on the subject from yesterday was not the first seen here on the subject, though earlier ones seemed to suggest it was individuals choosing to return rather than the formal Iranian effort — with its own Iranian commander — that Strategy Page reports.
