#1 Add a "resigned position by default" amendment to the legislation they ran away from. Make them come back and vote on their own removal from office.

If they refuse to do their Jobs,
then IMPEACH THEM for Violation of Oath of Office.
Then hold Special Elections to replace them.

A little deeper thinking.

Now that their have fled TX. doesn't that mean they have violated Title 18 section 1073 of the U.S. Code, “unlawful flight to avoid prosecution.”

Interstate flight to avoid Prosecution carries a hefty fine and/or imprisoned of up to five years.

Question now is. Will the US Marshall Office by allowed by the Junta run DOJ to uphold the law against Democrats?

#5 US Marshals go after actual bad guys. I personally don't want them wasting their dangerous time on these lightweights.
