I'd say Thank-you ...

As the Chief of Police has officially said the his Police dept. will offer NO protection from the Rioters well documented physically violent, thieving nature and their Arsonists.

We the citizens of Portland hereby announce a Call to Order of All Citizens to organize into Community Watch and Protection Militia groups.

This done in order to protect our communities, were the Police have officially stated they cannot or will not offer such basic government obligated services and citizen protection from harm.

This unabridged authority is provided to the citizens by the US Constitutional's Right to Restore and Maintain order in the 2nd Amendment. "A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms..." to protect to ourselves, our families, and our properties.

#9 ^There is a certain amount of Kabuki theater going on here on the part of Antifa, the Proud Boys, Prayer Warriors, and so forth. They are basically scheduling their street battles with one another and the police in certain contained areas. Unless they are participants, the locals know to avoid these areas while festivities are going on. So if you're buying a home on the other side of town, it's not really part of your day-to-day life.
