#1 My understanding is Federal employees are limited to gifts from Federal contractors/others with whom they have close and continuing contact of a $25.00 value or less per annum of gifts (read: birthday 🎂 party, Christmas "White Elephant" 🐘).

Executive Branch personnel must declare the gift and turn it in to the GSA/Federal Property Officials

So are Congressional Critters exempt ?
