#4 I recall a briefing a few years back about the re imaging of the hundred dollar bills in an effort to defeat the massive counterfeiting overseas, in particular by the Iranians using intaglio presses we gave the Shah for high quality work. Then it was briefed that about 1/3 of foreign cash in use was phony. I'm sure the ChiComs have improved that.
