#4 If you lived in Portland during fall, winter and spring, you can understand these people. They are clinically depressed as the sun never shines, it is cloudy, rainy and misty. They are forced to wear masks and can not go to bars and dances. I was the perfect boat sailor as I was only used to the sun for short periods of time. I settled in CO, gods country, until people from CA and OR moved in for legal drugs.
