#1 as wide ranging as this is and the variety of allegations, this law suit may drag on for a decade

perhaps the Trump people are counting on discovery to kick start settlements but in this case discovery itself will be a multiyear process

#4 $24 mil seems way too low but maybe the goal is discovery, vindication, and satisfaction not money. Nick Sandmann was awarded $275 mil. My thoughts wander to public canings, floggings and hangings but alas that is fantasy and wishful thinking.

#6 He filed it as a RICO event. He is setting up for the next election. Hid, Democrats are corrupt" will be full blown in the courts. If he can win against the dems as RICO, they will all go away. The Dems will have a hard choice, admit it and pay, or have discovery leak out on a weekly basis. ither way he has them in a checkmate event. That is if the Jusge does not throw it out.
